Moto3: Amazing Kent on pole in Motegi

Danny Kent will start the Japanese Moto3 race at Motegi after a fast late lap in Motegi. The 18 year old British rider took his first ever career pole at the Twin Ring circuit, Maverick Vinales and championship leader Sandro Cortese complete the front row.

In what eventually proved to be a hectic session Red Bull KTM rider Kent lead the way, seemingly bolstered by the news of his move to the Tech3 Moto2 team for 2013.
