Go&Fun Gresini for 2013 revealed

Team Gresini reveal the first image of their MotoGP and Moto3 riders with new sponsor Go&Fun liveries.

After a long association with Italian snack brand San Carlo the Gresini Team revealed their new look for the coming season with the bikes and riders emblazoned with the logo of their new main sponsor, natural energy drink company Go&Fun.

At a quick glance the bikes bare a similarity to the usual paintwork for the Pramac Ducati Team, with a predominantly green and white colour scheme, however as previously posted here Pramac have done away with that look for this season and will be sporting a red and white scheme which mirrors the look of the Ducati factory bikes.

The MotoGP riders Alvaro Bautista and Bryan Staring, who will be competing on a RC213V and  FTR Honda CRT respectively, are looking forward to the changes and the season ahead:

Alvaro Bautista: “It has been a brilliant day! It is really nice to be back with Team Gresini for a second season. The new Team GO&FUN Honda Gresini colours are suitably vibrant and we made some great progress with the machine itself in the recent tests in Malaysia. Now we will look to confirm that progress in the next session at Jerez and make sure we’re ready for the first race in Qatar.”

Bryan Staring: “Everything is new for me: a new bike, new team, new colours… it’s a fantastic feeling. It was great to be up on stage next to a true champion like Álvaro and two great young kids in Niccolò and Lorenzo.”

While the Italian Moto3 riders Lorenzo Baldassarri and Niccolo Antonelli have also been appearing in the press shots and official team unveiling due to sharing the same sponsor the Gresini Moto2 riders Ratthapark Wiliarot and Doni Tata Pradita have not been present as they have different sponsors – Honda and Federal Oil.
